I made this piece exactly how I feel it should be. Each cinder block is carefully cast by hand from a very fine cement and I make the chains from surgical grade stainless steel. Over time cement significantly increases in strength, so I allow each block to cure for about 1 month before I finish it. This lets the piece be as strong as possible. It's pretty durable for its size, but I tell people to treat the piece with care.
